The partnership between Northstar Systembuilt and Marcus Construction showcases the potential of modular construction for apartment development. Together, we collaborated on the United Community Action Partnership’s Willmar Housing Project, a vital initiative to address local housing needs.

For this project, we constructed an 8-unit home, with a 4-unit structure to follow, using our advanced modular construction techniques. Marcus Construction described it as "like assembling a life-sized Lego set" as our prefabricated modules quickly transformed the foundations into a fully completed residence.
