1/23/23 - Northstar Systembuilt announces an open house event in Redwood Falls, MN on Monday, March 6th & Tuesday, March 7th.

Founded in 1995, Northstar Systembuilt started production in Marshall, MN. After moving to Redwood Falls, MN in 2013, the company has further expanded its factory and capacity to the point where it has maximized production capacity at its current factory. In July 2022, Northstar Systembuilt added the additional production space of the Watertown, SD location, which enabled us in time to more than double current production.

The addition of the Watertown, SD has allowed more capacity of commercial projects, while allowing the production and lead times to speed up at the Redwood Falls, MN location.

We recently added two new floor plans and updated our Classic Series package options and in turn are excited to announce an open house event to promote our homes.

One home will be from our Classic Series, the Avon model - which will showcase finishes from the Contemporary package on a smaller floorplan.

The second home is the Thompson, one of our new floorplans - which will showcase our Rustic package on a new ranch style home.

In addition to our home tours, representatives from our partnering companies, such as LP Smartside & Hayfield Window & Door will be on-site during the event.
